History:

SWEDX is a Swedish company which started its activities in 1995. In the year of 2000 we started the project of developing and manufacturing TFT-LCD monitors embedded in natural wood.

We presented our new products in the CeBIT 2002 Fair in Hanover, Germany. The exhibition was a success and a huge interest for our products followed.

SWEDX’s head office is located in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm, Sweden and the company has its own production facility in Dongguan, China.

SWEDX now has a UK based facility in Berkshire assembling the full range of products and offers full warranty directly from its distributor ATEC Associates in the UK.

The business concept:

The concept of SWEDX is to create and develop unique products of natural character, optimal design and features. This is achieved by combining quality, performance, ergonomics and design. SWEDX aim is to bring more personal feelings, warm materials and natural colours into the IT- world. Our products attract attention to both wood and clear Swedish design.

4. New Tilt Mechanism:

One of the smart things about the SWEDX monitors is the new Tilt feature, a mechanism that makes it very easy to get the desired angle. Just by rotating a knob at the base of the monitor it can be safely adjusted to a comfortable angle.

SWEDX markets its products internationally. Since the year 2002 SWEDX has attended 12 exhibitions in different countries. Our participation in trade fairs has given us confidence about market demand for SWEDX products. The huge attention we received from visitors assures the success of our new concept.
