We monitor the use of our website for customer traffic and purchasing patterns and our website uses “session cookies” to enable us to keep track of your orders, baskets and to track visits from external links and affiliate sites.

The internet is not a secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures and software to protect your personal data including firewalls and we use Industry standard SSL https connections with 1024-bit certificate authentication and up to 168-bit sessions keys depending on browser capabilities. The Swedx Server is behind a Dell Poweredge Server running Shorewall blocking all non standard ports. 

We also keep your information confidential and our internal procedures cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information as required by current Data Protection legislation.

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers will be passed on to the new owners of the business.  If any of the information that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details please let us know immediately by sending an e-mail to support@swedx.co.uk
